Our unattended cremation is a great choice for those looking for a simple, low-cost unattended cremation without a funeral ceremony. Unattended cremations take place with no service or mourners present at our high-quality crematoria where dignified care is guaranteed throughout.
Our attended, personal cremation is perfect for those looking for a fuss-free farewell and a final chance to say goodbye. With our dignified and affordable attended cremations you can have up to 8 people attend a 10 minute service or up to 20 people attend a 20 minute service.

Anticipating a death >>Upon arranging a funeral, once you’ve agreed the type of service that you’d like, one of our Customer Service Specialists will take the payment in full, which can be made by credit or debit card.
With Distinct Cremations, it will take approximately 2-4 weeks to arrange the funeral. This includes the completion of the necessary paperwork and the cremation itself. Once the cremation has taken place, the ashes will be personally returned by our team within 14 days.
If you’ve chosen an attended cremation, you’ll be able to pick which of our crematoriums your funeral will take place at. A direct or attended cremation will take place in your region (where possible). We recommend you let your family and friends know of your plans in advance if you’re having an attended funeral at one of our crematoria.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer viewings of the deceased before, or during, the cremation.
Yes, as long you are over 18 you can take out a prepaid funeral plan for a direct cremation. We ask no medical questions and there are no screenings. You can see more on our funeral plans page.
We take pride in offering the deceased a dignified send-off. While in our care we wash their body, wash and comb their hair and dress them before the cremation.
If you’re on certain benefits, you may be eligible to receive help from the government towards funeral costs.
You can, and it can make things easier and less stressful for when the time comes. If a loved one is suffering from a life limiting ailment, the dying person may want to be involved in their own funeral arrangements.
