A Simple and Affordable Unattended Direct Cremation Plan
You can now plan your funeral and pay for it in advance with our prepaid cremation plans. Our most popular prepaid cremation plan covers the essentials needed to carry out a dignified direct cremation in a high-quality crematorium. The cremation is unattended leaving family and friends to celebrate at a time and place to suit them. The cremation cost can be broken down into affordable monthly payments and acceptance is guaranteed.

Collection and Care of The Deceased. When the cremation plan has to be put into action we have specialised funeral vehicles and an experienced funeral team who will bring the deceased to our professional mortuary where they’ll be prepared and dressed ahead of the cremation.
Round-the-clock assistance. Your family will receive 24/7 support from a Personal Advisor who'll make all the arrangements for the cremation and help complete the legal and cremation paperwork.
A Simple Coffin. We provide a simple good quality wood effect coffin.
The Cremation. The cremation will take place at one of our crematoriums and a Personal Advisor will keep the family informed throughout the process.
Ashes scattered in the garden of remembrance or returned within 14 days. We know how important receiving the ashes back is, so we commit to returning the ashes within 14 days by hand at a convenient time. Alternatively, the ashes can be carefully scattered in our remembrance gardens.
What’s Not Included?
This is a simple direct cremation and there will be no viewing of the deceased, attendees, processions, hearses and flowers.

When you decide to arrange a funeral with us, we make sure our pricing is clear and transparent, we avoid hidden extras and most importantly, we believe that low cost should not mean low quality, providing your loved one with high-quality care.
You’ll typically receive your documents within five working days of taking out the plan.
The FCA are assessing funeral providers to ensure they are well run, well financed and well structured, and do not use bad sales practices such as cold calling. The new FCA regulations aim to ensure that all customers get the information they need to make an informed decision, your money is looked after and all plans are sold at a fair price.
Our application was submitted to the FCA back in November 2021 and our Head of Compliance has been communicating with them regularly throughout the process. You can view our application here
For funeral plans, you can pay half of the cost upfront as a deposit and the remaining amount over six monthly instalments.
For a Direct Cremation we provide a simple MDF coffin, and for an attended cremation we provide unvarnished veneered chipboard coffins.
Ashes can be scattered free of charge in our Gardens of Remembrance. If you have chosen to have the ashes returned to you, one of our Funeral Operatives will hand-deliver the ashes to your family after the cremation has happened.
No – however, you can have flowers delivered ahead of time and arrange your own cars to bring you to the crematorium if you wish.
All of the necessary services required for your cremations are in your initial costs. However, on occasion there may be additional costs. You can read the full list of additional services for more information.
Yes - if you’ve taken out a funeral plan by paying a lump sum or paid over 12 monthly instalments and wish to upgrade it to a higher-tier plan at a later date, you’re more than welcome to. All you have to do is pay the remaining difference in price. However, for 5 or 10 year instalment plans, you are not able to upgrade your plan once you have begun paying, you would instead have to start a new plan.
All of our ashes are returned in a simple urn which can be upgraded to a wooden urn for an additional cost.
