Our Small Attended Cremation Plans offer a choice of two respectful family-led services.
Our Intimate Cremation Plan includes a 10 minute service with up to 8 attendees. For those with a larger family or close circle, our Private Cremation Plan offers a 20 minute service for up to 20 attendees.
Both services are family-led, giving loved ones privacy to share special memories, see the coffin at the crematorium and have the chance to say goodbye before the cremation. Mourners may choose to listen to a piece of music in honour of the deceased or simply be together for a few moments of quiet reflection.

Alternatively, for those who would like to be respectfully cremated without attendees, we also offer our Unattended Direct Cremation Plan. Or if you would like more people present, our Simple Funeral Plan includes a full-length service and an unrestricted number of mourners.

You can pay for our Small Attended Cremation Plans in one single payment or over 12 months. Acceptance is guaranteed if you are over 18, and there are no medical questions or upper age limits.
If you are aged between 50 & 74, you can also pay over 5 or 10 years for a lower monthly payment.

If you're going to be the one making funeral arrangements for someone else in future, you can also take out a funeral plan for them for peace of mind.
When the time comes we'll carry out every part of the process and deliver the ashes to your family at no extra cost. Our funeral plans include cremation, fees, collection, care, return of the ashes and much more. We provide a simple light oak style coffin.
This can be upgraded to an environmentally friendly coffin made using recycled and recovered wood as part of our Go Greener add on.
The cremation service will take place early morning Monday to Friday.
When the time comes, our compassionate team will liaise between the person arranging the funeral and the chosen crematorium to find a suitable date and time.
All of our ashes are returned in a simple biodegradable container which can be upgraded to a wooden urn for an additional cost.
You’ll typically receive your documents within five working days of taking out the plan.
For plans payable over 5 or 10 years we incur additional administration expenses for collecting the monthly instalments and for the purchase and administration of a “whole of life” policy from Scottish Friendly - an authorised and regulated insurance provider. If you die after 12 months of the start of your funeral plan, but before you have paid all your instalments, there is nothing more to pay.
A family-led funeral is a funeral service led by the attendees rather than a celebrant or officiant. The funeral service can contain readings given by attendees or a eulogy from someone close to the deceased. Mourners can sit and listen to music in honour of the deceased or simply sit together quietly to reflect on their loved one's life.
