Order of Service Booklets
An Order of Service assists the smooth running of the funeral and serves as a special keepsake for family and friends, or to send to family unable to attend who want to say a private goodbye.
If you choose a direct cremation, an Order of Service can be particularly welcome where a family are holding a scattering of ashes.
We can help you create a high-quality booklet and add anything you might want to include, such as hymns, readings or photos.
In Memory Seeds
Provide a packet of In Memory Seeds to each attendee at a funeral service to take home and plant in memory of your loved one.
Each packet comes with a card insert displaying the deceased's name and date of birth, supplied in a clear, cellophane packet containing a printed verse and full planting instructions. We offer six different seed varieties (Poppy, Forget-Me-Nots, Wildflower, Pansy, Daisy, and Sunflower), printed on either white or kraft card and personalised with or without a photo of the deceased.
Book of Remembrance
A Book of Remembrance provides a personal way for family and friends to share messages, memories, and condolences on the day of the funeral. Placed in the chapel or gathering area, attendees can write words of comfort and reflection, creating a lasting keepsake for loved ones to treasure long after the day has passed.
The book design can complement the Order of Service stationery, ensuring a coordinated and respectful presentation. Both practical and deeply personal, a Book of Remembrance will become a cherished memorial tribute of support and memories
In Memory Pins
A personal and quiet token of remembrance, In Memory Pins reflect the personality, interests or style of your loved one. Placed on chairs before the ceremony, they offer guests a gentle way to feel included and connected, while providing a lasting memento to take home.
Available in a variety of styles and colours, they serve as a small but heartfelt tribute that honours a life remembered.
Personalised tributes
Create a personalised tribute to your loved one. Only available in specific crematoriums at this time, our chapel is equipped with a canvas wall to create a gentle backdrop to the space where your loved one is resting, with a range of meaningful themes to choose from.

Webcast and Virtual Memorial Services
Webcasts are available for funeral services. A webcast is a live video of your loved one's funeral, available via a link for any family members or friends unable to physically attend the service. A recording of the service will be made available for 28 days following the service.
Virtual Memorial Services are available for direct cremations. Receive a virtual recording of your loved one's cremation, and plan a memorial or Celebration of Life at a later date. Each video includes an aerial view of the crematorium as an introduction to the service, before transferring to the chapel as the coffin is escorted to the catafalque, accompanied by your choice of poem or music.
