The coffin is brought respectfully into the chapel. At unattended direct cremations, your chosen music is played and a moment of silence is observed before the cremation.
Ashes personally returned
The individually identified and tracked ashes can be hand-delivered to your family within 14 days of the cremation or scattered at the crematorium.
