Easy to arrange without too much hassle
My father had the exact cremation he wanted. No service, no fuss, no one present. The booking process was very straightforward and I was kept up to date via phone calls. The customer service was great and helped make the experience easy and hassle free. They also called to see how we were after we’d received his ashes.
Caring and efficient service provided the ashes are returned by their own staff who were very empathic at an emotional time.
