I was given the name of a different company by a nationwide Funeral Service. I was not impressed with them so researched and found Distinct Funerals had very good reviews. The person I dealt with (Mark) was excellent, explained everything clearly and answered all questions I asked. Everything he said would happen did. My partner received a letter 48 hours later, I received the information pack a few days after.. 2 weeks later Mark phoned to check I had received everything and was happy with it all.
