The cremation you offer suits our requirements and also puts our minds at rest, knowing that all we have to do in the future is pay for a death certificate and give you a call. It is a shame that you don't include dealing with a death certificate, obviously at extra cost, as you deal with everything else.
From the "research" that I did at the time, they were both the cheapest AND had the least 'extra cost' features. For example, a lot of other companies were going to charge if you didn't collect the ashes. I've said phone service was clear and professional. Finally, they supply documents for your wishes and relevant info for next of kin. Good job!
