When my Dad passed away from the very first phone call after he passed to the calls from Sarah who was our point of contact, we were treated with total compassion by all representatives of Distinct Cremations.
Sarah kept us informed of where we were with the required paperwork, once everything was received we got calls just to check in to see how everything was going. After the cremation she called to let us know everything went ok and to arrange the delivery of my dad's ashes.
I bought a direct cremation for a one-off payment; I was very happy with the cover and the price. Customer care is very important to me and on two occasions I have contacted Distinct they have been 100% perfect. I considered three other plans but Distinct beat them hands down. Based on my experence so far I would recommend Distinct to everyone.
