I can honestly say Distinct Cremations were amazing throughout. From first ringing them right through to receiving the ashes back the service was excellent. They were thorough and compassionate in what was a traumatic time and kept me informed very step of the way.

From the moment my mum passed away to her ashes being delivered to my home Distinct Cremations have been there for me. A lovely lady named Maxine looked after everything and was there for me. Mum was collected from her care home where she passed and I have been consulted at every step in the process of her cremation. I was even able to have a piece of music played as she was brought into the chapel, I played it at the same. Her ashes were delivered home in a beautiful casket. I now feel at peace. Thank you to the whole team of lovely people who looked after her. I would recommend Distinct Cremations to everyone, you will be looked after.

Compassionate & professional from the beginning to the end. Maxine explained the process . Nothing was too much trouble for Maxine & it felt good knowing any questions we may had down the line that we had a contact to help throughout this sad process. I had approached another company first & was appalled by their lack of empathy & professionalism. So pleased I went with Maxine & distinct cremations. I know my nan was treated with care, love & compassion.

They were very polite and considerate while walking me through the options I had, the information I needed to provide and what was going to happen.
