Distinct Cremations were amazing from the first point of contact on the day my father died to the day after his ashes were delivered to me. They kept me frequently updated with the different stages. They were always courteous, sympathetic and extremely helpful. A difficult time was made so much easier to navigate. Leah, Jade and Alice are exceptional at their jobs and are a credit to the company. I would definitely use again when next needed, hopefully not too soon though

I Spoke to a very nice young lady called Leah who made me fill very a relaxed about planning our funeral, i would highly recommend Distinct Cremations to all friends and family .

We went with distinct cremations as they had a good write up on everything about them spoke to them on the phone to ask about booking our cremation lovely lady on the phone went through everything from beginning to end all paperwork was sent through for us to read all booked no need for family to worry about all the arrangements now and they are always on the end of the phone if any questions need answering thank you regards Mr & Mrs Woolley

On making the call I found Sarah Polite helpful accommodating Answered all questions, was not pushy , all paperwork received quickly and I got a follow up call. Once finished the process of my partners wishes I will certainly arrange mine
