My brother and sister in law had both opted for this service to save us the stress of organising their funerals. It was all paid for. Have to admit I wasn't so keen but it was their decision. Sadly they passed away within a few months of each other and all I can say is, that I was grateful they had made this choice. To have to had organise two funerals for such close family so close together would have been unbearable.
This was then helped by Distinct Cremations with such caring, friendly and efficient service. From the very first phone call to them they handled everything with empathy, and kept us informed how much or little we wanted. We opted to know when the cremations were, so were advised date, time and location so we could think of them at that time. If you require the ashes to be returned, they ask when it is convenient and they deliver to your home or wherever you wqnt them.
Distinct Cremations can arrange as much or as little as you want. I stress again how kind they were. In our case it made it so less stressful to have all done for us. It has made me think about considering this option for myself.

No problems. Information for the type of plan l required was set out in a easy to read format. The lady l dealt with directly was professional in her manner and help sort out the details for my plan. Also received two follow up calls to confirm l was happy with plan and the service given. On my experience l recommend this company.

From the first phone call to the last Kerry was amazing. Everything was done with dignity and proffesionalism. The ashes arrived back as they said they would and even the lady that delivered them was amazing.

When I first contacted distinct cremations the person on the other end of the phone spoke with such empathy and had a caring effect on me, even though we were complete strangers, that person was Maxine. Maxine was a wonder at such a time of sorrow and upset. Every step of the way I felt she was at my side, guiding me through this maze of dealing with my mothers cremation. Distinct Cremations took care of all arrangements, they collected mum from the hospital and returned her ashes personally by their own staff. Although no one wants to deal with death, I can't give enough praise to Distinct Cremations and would highly recommend their services.
