Grace was amazing, the whole process was so smooth and stress free during a stressful time. The whole team were so professional and supportive, every person I spoke to were incredible. My late Step Mum took this plan out to make it easier once she passed and I'm so thankful she did, even receiving her ashes back was a smooth process. Communication was second to none, even calling me after I received her ashes back to make sure everything went okay and if I needed any more support. Thank you so much, you're a fantastic service.

The level of communication from members of the Distinct cremation staff was excellent and they kept me appraised of the process at all times. They were available at all times to answer any questions or queries that I had. I would have given a 5 star review, but when my wife's ashes were returned to me they use a sealed paper container inside of a cardboard box, for environmental reasons. Unfortunately the paper container wasn't totally sealed and there was a small spillage when the paper container was handled. Distinct cremations offered to send someone out to address this issue, but I declined, as it was only a minor problem.

Easy to understand the process and straight forward. It was nice to have a courtesy a few days later to have the opportunity to discuss things in more detail. I would highly recommend

Easy to book and pay for my Direct Cremation.Only took 5 minutes online and my pack arrived 24 hrs later.Great..a difficult task completed.The only complaint I had was 2 follow up calls to check I didn't have any questions! This rattled me as I didn't use Pure Cremations due to their repetitive hard sell.But after I called Distinct back they have said they only call back twice.So..I'm reassured...like many I just want to organise and pay and...get on with life! Other than this I'm a happy customer.

I'm a single person with no family and 1 friend this Direct Cremation package is perfect for me..no need for a funeral procedure no one goes to and just my ashes sent to my dear friend to scatter....perfect.
