Arranging my funeral plan was straightforward and easy with Distinct Cremation. I chose their basic cremation option and found their customer service and attention to detail splendid. If they take care of me in death as they have in life, no worries, lol.
I recently had to use Distinct cremations services for a family member who passed away at Christmas. I have to say I was very impressed throughout. Everyone I spoke to was kind and courteous but Maxine who was assigned to look after us was particullary lovely and helpful. They were unfortunately complications following my family members death and delays with arranging their cremation due to unforseen circumstances but I never felt rushed throughout the process. Maxine and Distinct cremations were incredibly patient and kept me informed and tried to help things a long as much as possible ( the delays were not coming from Distinct cremations) . Right up until i recieved my family members ashes I felt they were respected and cared for . I was talked through the process and this made what was a very difficult time so much easier. I would recommend this service to anyone who finds themselve in such unfortunate circumstances as their kindness and compassion makes all the difference the world .
Did a lot of research when choosing a provider, Distinct Cremations had a special offer of £200 off the price which sealed the deal! I would add that the Customer service reps were great too.
