A Totally Professional Service. From the moment I advised Distinct of my wife’s passing Alice introduced herself as my contact. She was charming and sympathetic, carefully explaining all the procedures throughout the process making regular phone calls before and after each step of the way. I cannot find any criticism of the service provided from the moment we sign up to the delivery of my wife’s ashes made with due reverence at the exact time arranged. I have no hesitation in recommending Distinct Cremations, the service they provided far exceeded my expectations.

Distinct Cremations are an immensely professional organisation that make the process off organising a cremation plan so easy. “Fiona” , the lady that took my call explained everything I needed to know to get my plan set up “which I did”. My documents arrived shortly after and were in order , I received a follow up phone call to check that everything is ok. Thank you so much “DC” it’s a 10 from me. :-)).
After reading the brochure and all the reviews, I decided to ring up. I spoke to a friendly and polite lady who kindly answered any concerns I had, so I decided to go ahead with the arrangements. The whole process was straight forward from start to finish. Would recommend to friends and family.
