Arranging my funeral plan was straightforward and easy with Distinct Cremation. I chose their basic cremation option and found their customer service and attention to detail splendid. If they take care of me in death as they have in life, no worries, lol.

I can truly recommend this company. They supported me all the way. I want to particularly mention Maxine in the office who was so helpful and understanding. The ashes were returned with dignity and respect. I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received.

Distinct Cremations provided a sympathetic, compassionate and dignified service for my late Sister. They took care of the details and guided me through the paperwork. Very quick in answering phone whenever I needed to call them. No waiting and pressing buttons for several options. Which was great when one is grieving and distracted. Liaised with a church minister whom I knew for her to lead the service. Made everything simple to understand and organise. Kept in touch with any updates/relevant information. They made a follow-up call a few days after the funeral to ensure everything went well, which I appreciated. I highly recommend this company.
