All staff were wonderful and very caring. Very respectful made a hard time easy to talk about. My moms wedding rings she had 2 off my dad cme back polished and in a lovely purple pouch, a lovely touch. The ashes were delivered to my door by a very smart and well dressed man. Brilliant from start to finish

I found the whole experience easy. Everything was taken care of and all my queries and questions answered. It has taken a weight off my mind and also saved my family a lot of work at a time when it’s hard to think straight. I can relax now knowing everything is in good hands .

The staff I spoke to were both very polite and knowledgable, the options available were all clearly stated, no problems or concerns encountered.

We spoke to a lovely lady ( Deanna, I think that was her name), and she went through all the details about the plan to us and explained everything. We don't have any children so we took out this funeral plan so our nieces and nephews don't have to deal with it when our time comes. Good price, good setup, and gives us peace of mind. We put a deposit down and we are paying the rest over 12 months interest free. We would recommend Distinct cremations if you are looking for a prepayed funeral.
