An unattended funeral was arranged with Distinct Cremations. All they had to do was let us know when it was happening – a date and time. Presumably through eye-watering incompetence, they failed to do so, and it happened without our knowledge. We were unable to mark the moment as we had wished, and nothing can give us that moment back. Avoid these cretins at all costs.
