I looked for a simple cremation and went initially to the one advertised a lot. However there was something about the adverts I wasn’t keen on - as I looked through Distinct Cremation came up with Sue Cooke and I remembered the advertisement- I read through the details and felt they is was the right choice. The process was clear and simple and I was guided through very efficiently during my phone call. How good to be speaking to someone and having personal interaction. All the paperwork arrived on time as did the follow up phone call. Excellent, clear and efficient.
