The service we received for my late mother from Distinct Cremations was superb from start to finish. The staff were sensitive, thoughtful, informative and timely in all aspects of the process. They would ‘check in’ at various points to let us know what was happening and give a chance to feed back. The delivery of my mother’s ashes was dealt with in a respectful and professional manner. I cannot praise highly enough the service and support we received recently after the death of our mother. Both Kerry at Distinct, Mark who took the best care of our mum whilst in his care and the staff at Stirling crematorium. We had no experience of this type of funeral and not something we would have considered but were following our mums wishes. The service was beautiful and a perfect way to say goodbye. It was nothing like I imagined a direct cremation to be and was surprised at how personal it was. I cannot rate Distinct Cremations and the company they work with in Scotland highly enough. I have used this company twice and each time has been a very positive experience. Someone is assigned to you and they kept me up to date every step of the way. Even the ashes were delivered to us in a very professional manner. Can highly recommend this company to take care of your loved one.

I just wanted to let people know the excellent service Distinct Cremations provided. My father recently passed away, he didn't have a funeral plan in place so we looked at several companies to provide the service we wanted. Distinct Cremations were the only organisation to offer an attended 20min service for up to 20 people that we could find. From the very first phone call there service has been excellent, there support and attention to detail has been second to none. I would recommend Distinct Cremations to any one who has to go through this sad and stressful procedure. thanks
