Sarah Miller was a wonderful caring lady and the team around her were as thoughtful and supportive as she was. It was a very emotional time and you made the whole process easy to organise and manage, taking care over every detail and the respect you gave to my mum in her last moments. Arranging everything was so easy and it removed a huge amount of distress at such a stressful time.
