I have found the whole process of setting up my funeral plan very easy and Ian who a dealt with was very patient and explained everything clearly and fully advised me of my choices. There was no hard sell or pressure to take a policy or to take a more expensive policy than I wanted. I would definitely recommend this company

The whole process from start to finnish was handled in a professional and courteous manor. Every member of staff I had dealings with were caring, efficient and very respectful.

From my request for a catalogue to arranging for two cremations I found sympathetic and understanding staff. This was followed by my wife and I receiving the relevant policies, covering letters and finally follow up telephone calls asking if we had received the paperwork and asking if there was any questions. We had none. Overall a very good service. Thank you.

My initial conversation with a lady called Maxine was really helpful. She talked me through everything I needed to know and as my husbands passing was sudden she made the whole process really easy. I was kept informed with every step of the cremation from start to finish. I would definitely recommend there services to anyone. Thank you very much for all of you help at such a hard time.
