The level of communication from members of the Distinct cremation staff was excellent and they kept me appraised of the process at all times. They were available at all times to answer any questions or queries that I had. I would have given a 5 star review, but when my wife's ashes were returned to me they use a sealed paper container inside of a cardboard box, for environmental reasons. Unfortunately the paper container wasn't totally sealed and there was a small spillage when the paper container was handled. Distinct cremations offered to send someone out to address this issue, but I declined, as it was only a minor problem.
Very happy with the service. Communication was excellent and we were dealt with in a very kind and professional manor. In my view this is a trustworthy company.
