Clear, concise information.
From the moment my mum passed away until the moment we collected her ashes, the customer service was brilliant. We were given a dedicated Funeral Director ( Kerry Ludlow) who was always just a call away for any questions or concerns we had with the arrangements of my mums cremation. She guided us through the whole experience with, kindness, empathy and compassion. We will always be grateful for all the help and support we were given at such a difficult time.
I saw the TV ad, gave them a ring, and had a nice conversation with “Sharon.” She explained every aspect of the process while answering all my questions - without pressing for commitment. The next day, having researched a few other companies, I opted for Distinct. It wasn’t a difficult decision. Besides, if it’s good enough for Sue Cook, it’ll do for me.
