They were very professional, caring and very supportive at such a difficult time. Everything was very straightforward, easy to plan a family lead service whilst still having support and guidance, with how we wanted to service to run. We can't thank Maxine enough for the support and kindness during a very difficult time. Maxine would contact us every step of the way, from the date my dad was taken into their care, to the return of his ashes. Maxine was fantastic. If we had a questions or worries they were always at the end of the phone. Highly recommend

I am so happy we chose distinct cremations , I dealt with a lovely lady called Natalie who explained everything to me and so I could decide what was the best option for my Husband and I. It’s so easy to set up and even received a courtesy call to check we had received everything and did we have any worries. I would highly recommend this company if this is the path you want to take .
