The team have been amazing during dealing with the death of two family members in a very short period of time . We dealt mainly with Yasmin who has been do helpful and understanding during our time of loss. Liaised with a church minister whom I knew for her to lead the service. Made everything simple to understand and organise. Kept in touch with any updates/relevant information. They made a follow-up call a few days after the funeral to ensure everything went well, which I appreciated. I highly recommend this company.
I have took out a direct cremation policy and found it so easy to do, not knowing how it all works I put it off for a very long time and now realise I should have done it sooner, it was all straight forward from start to finish, everyone was so helpful and answered all my questions, the on line forms were easy and the paper work came through in a matter of days, I had a question and got straight through to a very helpful young lady who put my mind at rest, I am very happy with my decision and know if I have a query it will be handled with complete understanding and compassion.
