Dad died on 13/8. I called Distinct Cremations around lunchtime and spoke with a nice lady called Leah. Dad was picked up later that day. The next day, Alice called me to introduce herself as being my single point of contact for the rest of the process. She was really excellent and over the next few days and weeks led me through the various pieces of documentation that needed to be filed and kept me fully aware of progress towards the cremation.
I had opted for a return of Dad's ashes after the cremation: this was carried out in dignified manner by another member of their team.
