Outstanding from start to finish..I would definitely recommend Distinct Cremations ...All communication was dealt with professionally and compassionately.

Cannot fault the excellent service received, all the employees are lovely, professional while friendly and compassionate. Highly recommend them and especially our director Maxine for making such a sad, difficult time/task easier to deal with.

Clear, concise information.

From the moment my mum passed away until the moment we collected her ashes, the customer service was brilliant. We were given a dedicated Funeral Director ( Kerry Ludlow) who was always just a call away for any questions or concerns we had with the arrangements of my mums cremation. She guided us through the whole experience with, kindness, empathy and compassion. We will always be grateful for all the help and support we were given at such a difficult time.

I was a little nervous talking to someone about my own funeral plans, but was pleasantly surprised at how I was put at ease and there would always be someone at the end of the phone should I need further information.

I saw the TV ad, gave them a ring, and had a nice conversation with “Sharon.” She explained every aspect of the process while answering all my questions - without pressing for commitment. The next day, having researched a few other companies, I opted for Distinct. It wasn’t a difficult decision. Besides, if it’s good enough for Sue Cook, it’ll do for me.
