My wife brought this Cremation plan when she found out that she had cancer, and she was one who did not like fuss and fought this was a better way for the family.

Well what can I say, we agreed with mom that this was the type of funeral she wanted so I investigated and decided Distinct was the company we wanted. Sadly mom passed and I have to be honest I was anxious for various reasons, I wanted it to be perfect, but most of all I wanted to give mom the send off she deserved. I need NOT have worried, everyone I dealt with was wonderful but Maxine was my assigned person and she is lovely, so understanding, considerate, respectful and just listened to me blubbering on. Every one of my requests was agreed and sorted and on the day, I felt my heart was going to burst with pride at how mom’s send off went. I really cannot thank them enough, they played the video of mom singing that I’d provided them with, they screened the photograph of her that I’d provided, they played the music I requested, nothing was too much trouble for them. Without hesitation, I’ve now bought packages for my husband and myself as I’ve the confidence to know our children will be happy with the decision I’ve made on our send off. I had a wonderful celebrant who I simply can’t thank enough, it wasn’t a religious send off, it was personal and was all about the woman my mom was. Thank you Distinct, I could go on for hours but really, Maxine is our hero, she liaised with my daughter when I wasn’t around and moved mountains to get things done for us. Bless you all, you have my eternal thanks.

In what was a difficult time following the death of my mother Distinct Cremations handling of all the cremation arrangements from collecting the deceased to scattering of the ashes was exemplary. Polite and thoughtful communication no added stress and a smooth process from start to finish. The guy I dealt with Stephen/Steven was extremely helpful throughout the entire process.
