Compassionate & professional from the beginning to the end. Maxine explained the process . Nothing was too much trouble for Maxine & it felt good knowing any questions we may had down the line that we had a contact to help throughout this sad process. I had approached another company first & was appalled by their lack of empathy & professionalism. So pleased I went with Maxine & distinct cremations. I know my nan was treated with care, love & compassion.

Absolutely professional from the first phone phone call till my parents ashes being brought to me ,didn't really know how things would happen ,but we were kept in touch every step of the way ,it made things so much easier in difficult times ,I lost both my parents a day apart and they made sure they were in the chapel together cremated one after each other ,I really can't praise this company enough they were so dignified in everything they did I've no hesitation in recommending this company to anybody,especially Maxine she couldn't do enough so thankyou all.

Bought direct cremations for both myself and my husband. Website was really easy to navigate and our paperwork arrived very promptly. The follow up call was very professional but I felt that the caller was interested in us and our needs rather than just going through the motions. Overall a very good experience.
