You need to be over the age of 18 to take out a cremation plan. For 5 & 10 year instalment plans you must be aged between 50 & 74 when you purchase your cremation plan.
Yes, with Distinct Cremation you can choose the crematorium where an attended funeral service is held from our network of 42 crematoriums nationwide.
If you would rather have a direct cremation without a funeral service, we don’t offer a choice of crematorium and neither do Simplicity Cremations.
Instead, we can share the date and time your loved one’s coffin will be brought into the crematorium for their direct cremation. You can take a moment of remembrance at the same time to look at photos, reflect on memories, play music, light a candle or read something that reminds you of them.

If you’ve chosen a Funeral Service, you’ll be able to pick which of our crematoriums your funeral will take place at. A Direct Cremation or Funeral Service will take place in your region (where possible). We recommend you let your family and friends know of your plans in advance if you’re having a Funeral Service at one of our crematoria.
