A couple of weeks ago I arranged mine and my husband' s cremations with Distinct Cremations. Spoke to Tracey who explained everything fully and took me through the procedure of our cremation plans. All of my questions were answered in detail in a professional and kind manner. I did have further questions after taking out our direct cremation plans and spoke to different staff at Distinct Cremation and all were very kind and caring and put my concerns at ease. I did receive a follow up courtesy call to make sure paper work had arrived and everything was to our satisfaction. Excellent customer service.
