My father had arranged in advance for this service so we knew all was as he wished it to be. What took me by surprise was just how kind and caring it was. To have one person to contact ( thank you Maxine) who checked and advised all along was wonderful and made the whole process less upsetting. I felt that Dad's remains were treated with respect and we were supported throughout. We have received his ashes and will go on to make our own arrangements with those. Excellent service. They couldn't have been more amazing throughout a very tough time. I was looked after by Kerry who was completely empathetic throughout, she was efficient, kept me fully informed and was so kind in her approach and phoned to check how things were going.
