I would just like to say A particular thank you to Kerry from Distinct cremation and to Chris Tabor the celebrant who led my dads service in westerleigh crematorium.

From the very first contact Kerry has been so kind , thoughtful and helpful and knowledgeable in what is a very sad and difficult time in arranging a funeral. I was in the know all the time , the communication and organization was superb to the start to the very end.

We had a lovely Send off for my dad ( albeit very emotional day ) Kerry highly recommended Chris who was very kind and thorough about getting to know my dad and told my dad’s story very very well on the day , the entire family were highly impressed with Chris and the service.

I read lots of reviews before choosing this company for my dad's direct cremation, and from the offset Sarah Miller made me feel confident and assured that my dad was in the right hands. She spoke to me with genuine compassion and empathy and truly is a credit to the company. I was kept informed every step of the way, and everything was made clear and all wishes followed out. Additionally, the man who delivered my dad's ashes back to my step mum was considerate and caring when she got upset. The wicker box and plaque were beautiful too. Would highly recommend this company, and in particular, Sarah Miller. Many thanks for taking care of my dad and returning him safely to us.

I recently had to use Distinct cremations services for a family member who passed away at Christmas. I have to say I was very impressed throughout. Everyone I spoke to was kind and courteous but Maxine who was assigned to look after us was particullary lovely and helpful. They were unfortunately complications following my family members death and delays with arranging their cremation due to unforseen circumstances but I never felt rushed throughout the process. Maxine and Distinct cremations were incredibly patient and kept me informed and tried to help things a long as much as possible ( the delays were not coming from Distinct cremations) . Right up until i recieved my family members ashes I felt they were respected and cared for . I was talked through the process and this made what was a very difficult time so much easier. I would recommend this service to anyone who finds themselve in such unfortunate circumstances as their kindness and compassion makes all the difference the world .
