For good and very helpfull
From start to finish, the help and support over the phone when talking to various Distinct employees, the level of service was faultless. We are very grateful to all employees concerned, especially Alice and Kerry who were so helpful and nice.
Everything was great and Kerry in particular was perfect for me as the daughter navigating this process. Her emotional intelligence was exactly what was needed to pitch her support and personal interaction with me as an individual. Every other person encountered was lovely and supportive. We stuck with our mothers wishes but there are opportunities to add to the services etc but no hard sell, just options presented. Though unattended (as that is what my mum wanted) the personal touches that were part of what was already purchased were lovely. The option she chose took away the stress of a traditional cremation service and we are still having a wake to remember and celebrate her. Thank you Kerry and team x
The staff were very helpful and friendly
Mum and I discussed this option and she paid for it ahead of time as she knew it was a terminal illness. I got copies of all the paperwork. When the day came it’s a simple phone call and then they make all the arrangements. You are kept updated and informed at each step. Even on the return of the ashes, they are supportive and friendly and open to questions.excellent
