Distinct provided a thoroughly professional service throughout a very distressing time. Everyone I spoke with was kind and compassionate and every stage of my husband's cremation was explained.

Exactly what I wanted for my funeral and was given clear concise information and answers to my questions from knowledgeable helpful pleasant staff.

Wanting just a simple, no fuss funeral for my Mum, I shopped around a few cremation only funerals and found Distinct Cremations because of their good reviews. They didn’t disappoint! My first point of contact was Leah, who guided me through the process and answered all my questions thoroughly. I was then assigned a Funeral Director, Maxine, who was brilliant. She was very professional but also caring and kept me informed up until Mum’s cremation and a few days afterwards too. I would definitely recommend Distinct Cremations if you want a simple no fuss funeral. You can have a service should you choose to (I didn’t) and have your loved ones ashes returned to you or scattered at the crematorium. Very pleased with their professionalism and care. Thank you x

I used Distinct cremations to pre plan for the future and recently decided to do the same for my parents as they are both poorly I think it's easier to plan ahead than when you are grieving a loved one. The lady on the phone was fantastic explaining everything it was a smooth transaction and even had a courtesy call a few days later to make sure all the plans had arrived and everything was okay.
