I can truly recommend this company. They supported me all the way. I want to particularly mention Maxine in the office who was so helpful and understanding. The ashes were returned with dignity and respect. I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received.

Distinct Cremations provided a sympathetic, compassionate and dignified service for my late Sister. They took care of the details and guided me through the paperwork. I will be using them for my own funeral and would recommend them most highly. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other funeral directors.

I was initially not happy that my parents booked a funeral. However my mother recently passed away and Distinct Cremations have made the whole experience stress free. Great company to deal with. Professional but friendly. Empathetic. Warm and kind. Extremely helpful. Explained everything. Ran through options, answered questions, explained everything. Very quick in answering phone whenever I needed to call them. No waiting and pressing buttons for several options. Which was great when one is grieving and distracted. Liaised with a church minister whom I knew for her to lead the service. Made everything simple to understand and organise. Kept in touch with any updates/relevant information. They made a follow-up call a few days after the funeral to ensure everything went well, which I appreciated. I highly recommend this company.

I have took out a direct cremation policy and found it so easy to do, not knowing how it all works I put it off for a very long time and now realise I should have done it sooner, it was all straight forward from start to finish, everyone was so helpful and answered all my questions, the on line forms were easy and the paper work came through in a matter of days, I had a question and got straight through to a very helpful young lady who put my mind at rest, I am very happy with my decision and know if I have a query it will be handled with complete understanding and compassion.
