I have took out a direct cremation policy and found it so easy to do, not knowing how it all works I put it off for a very long time and now realise I should have done it sooner, it was all straight forward from start to finish, everyone was so helpful and answered all my questions, the on line forms were easy and the paper work came through in a matter of days, I had a question and got straight through to a very helpful young lady who put my mind at rest, I am very happy with my decision and know if I have a query it will be handled with complete understanding and compassion.

I was initially not happy that my parents booked a funeral. However my mother recently passed away and Distinct Cremations have made the whole experience stress free. The staff are caring and attentive and I couldn’t have been more pleased. This option is definitely worth looking at again in the future.

We were helped throughout the whole process with dignity and respect, nothing was too much trouble we were well informed throughout and not pressured at any stage and moms wishes were carefully followed, highly recommended

When I lost my beautiful daughter Charlotte , I was devastated . I felt lost and very lonely . Sarah at Distinct cremations was kind and she really cared .Nothing was too much trouble she and her staff were wonderful . I would highly recommend them to anyone ,and everyone who cares about their loved one .

Not what I wanted, but what my father wanted, I cannot fault the care and respect given. Grace has been so lovely and patient with me crying down the phone. Kept up to date, given time to make decisions, not once have i felt pressured .Thankyou
