Both my parents died within the last 2 years, and I used Direct Cremations' services for each, helped with utmost kindness by Maxine. Communication throughout was excellent and sensitive, I thought price was reasonable, and the delivery of the ashes was carried out with dignity. I found the virtual memorial service we were able to take up for my mother extremely moving, and only wish it had been able to be offered when my father passed, but it is a lovely addition to the range of services offered. I'm very glad I happened upon Distinct Cremations.

Distinct Cremations was my Dad's choice of funeral as he wanted a simple, no fuss cremation. Once I’d contacted DS about my Dad's passing they were so very caring, professional and kind. Alice kept me posted and updated on the whole process. Losing my Dad has been hard but DS made the final chapter a nice experience. Big thank you to Alice and the team.

Had Sarah support me from Distinct Cremation help me all through the process. She made a very difficult and challenging time much easier. Throughout the process Sarah talked and walked me through all the options taking a gentle and considered approach at all times, checking in and updating me regularly. I would like to say that Distinct cremations really done a great and easy service in dealing with the death of my loved one. They made a very sad and difficult time somewhat easier if that is the right way to explain it. From the start they were 100% when I wanted them in the handling with my mams passing. I personally want to thank Sarah miller for everything she does in detail with dealing with the loss of a loved one. I know it’s a persons job to deal with the bereaved family but Sarah was so kindhearted and supportive in every way. Thank you so much for Sarah for being there for me. Everything went to plan with the crematorium and after with the return of my mams ashes.
