When my husband passed, I rang distinct cremations. He did not have a plan, so I am so thankful I rang them first. From the moment of the first phone call they we compassionate, caring and saw to every detail of the cremation. They talked me through every step and kept in touch at each stage. We decided on a small family led funeral for my Dad. My experience from the first contact right through to after the service was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble.
